Payment Circumvention: Any attempt to gain access to the service by bypassing the payment system (session manipulation, use of card generators, exploits) will result in an immediate IP ban and referral of the case to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
Unjustified Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback procedure to extort a refund for a properly delivered service is a violation of these terms and results in a lifetime ban from all services provided by the Service Provider.

By making a purchase, the User agrees to the immediate activation of the subscription and acknowledges the loss of the 14-day right to return.
Technical complaints (service not working) should be reported to: support@weborbiton.com. The Service Provider will process them within 14 days.

MevaSearch is a search tool and is not responsible for the content of third-party websites displayed in search results.
The Service Provider may change the Terms for valid reasons (changes in law, new security features).
Users will be notified of changes via e-mail. Failure to terminate the contract within 14 days constitutes acceptance of the new version.
All disputes will be resolved based on Polish law.
The competent court is the court having jurisdiction over the seat of the Service Provider.
If any point of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining points remain in force.
